Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment, provided that the design project has not significantly progressed or final design files have not been delivered.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- The design work has already been completed or delivered
- Multiple design revisions have already been provided
- The refund request is made after the 7-day period
